"We didn't use the amenities since came in late and only there for 1 night. The valet parking for $40 per night is ridiculous, thank goodness for public paid parking lot next door. Otherwise, great facility- would stay again."

"Pros: The room was clean, cozy and eleclec furnished. Centrally located to walk to Richmond Street..very nice walking distance. Cons: Checking in was not easy..not well communicated. Overnite parking restrictions were ridiculous and expensive. The room sink was plugged. The bottom bedsheet kept coming off. The long pillows were difficult for sleeping ..we both woke up with sore necks. Will look for other accommodations next visit based on the cost."

"Breakfast was good with a great variety. Cleanliness of rooms was horrible. We got transferred to 3 different rooms with the last option being better but not good. Hair on floor in all bathrooms, full of dust in all rooms. Staff were helpful and good."

"The HVAC was thundering thru our room we didn’t sleep a wink we called down 3 times and John said that’s how it is .at 2 am it started beeping and thundering it was like we were on top of freezers and the compressors were so loud . He finally told us he would comp out night and in the morning they charged us for the room but not the parking spot. Never going back again"

If you are just looking for a place to largely sleep while in London and won't be spending time in the hotel otherwise, I recommend based on the value."

"Overall, it was a nice place to stay and we would return. The things that affected our comfort were the air conditioner/air flow and the excess light at night. The room was stuffy and because the a/c unit was off when we arrived, the room never cooled down enough to move around comfortably without starting to sweat. It could be that the air just didn't flow properly, despite a/c being on full blast, and a different room would've been better. The light from the street also seeped in around the...

"Not well maintained hotel. Outside and inside was run down, everything from broken door latches to paint on floors. Had to request room cleaning service otherwise they would not come during our 5 night stay. No furniture for 4 adults in room except for 2 bed and one office chair/desk. Only good thing was the beds which were very comfortable and the price. Everything else was a disappointment."
