"Worst hotel experience for a supposed 5-star property. Dirty rooms, cockroaches, ants, clogged bathroom, no hot water, weak A/C, Wi-Fi not working, and dog feces on the terrace. The only response was “sorry,” with no compensation at all. Definitely do not recommend, especially for the price charged."

"The property was more like a motel but the room was ample and clean. The grounds were well kept and the pool was heated. The staff was excellent. Children at the pool were sometimes very noisy. Food was limited but tasty."
