Everything was expensive which made me not be able to relax as I intended. I figured there would be some free activities but we even had to pay to play on the old pickle ball courts no one was using. "The bed was very comfortable and bathroom toiletries were exquisite (because of these things I gave an extra star). The room was pleasant, but sparsely furnished. Wish we had a chair to sit in. Window seat looked stylish but was not comfortable. Bartender in the lobby only knew how to make the few specialty drinks the hotel offers. He didn’t know how to change the TV either. No icemakers in public area, had to ask staff for ice, and had to give them something to put it in. For the price of the...

"The property is beautiful. Service is slow in the restaurant and a very limited menu. The staff in the main building were not very knowledgeable about the property so we had to figure out a lot on our own. The spa was lovely and services excellent."
