With that said I have stayed at many hotels all over the city and the Henrietta is my new favorite. It was clean, new, quiet. The views of the streetcar were so nice. The coffee shop and lobby was great, and the room was top luxury you can get in a city like New Orleans. Can’t wait to go back"

Would have said 5 stars but some amenities we would have liked to see - in room microwave (you have to share one microwave for the whole floor), the closets were too shallow to hold our hanging clothes, and only one tiny...

"This was a rough stay with numerous issues. The carpet runner in the hallway looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time and there was quite a thick layer of dust on things in the room, particularly in the bathroom where my wife had top wipe a thick layer off the top of the toilet tank. Not sure how long it had been since it was cleaned, but clearly it had been a while. There was no smoke detector in the room. "We throughly enjoyed our stay, it was exactly what we expected. Beautifully clean Bed and Bathroom…. The Courtyard was amazing, with access to the breakfast room where there was plenty of variety for hot and cold breakfast with 24 hour access to Coffee and Water. Staff were a pleasure and Free Parking a bonus. We would recommend Creole Gardens as a fantastically placed accommodation for visiting New Orleans."
