"This property is located in a great place for a short stay in Johannesburg. It is basically next to a huge mall where you can spend the day shopping and dining. It is next to the Nelson Mandela square (there is an exit door from the hotel) where you can admire art or take a picture with a tall statue of Nelson Mandela. We only stayed two nights in Johannesburg and then continued our trip. For this purpose the hotel was perfect. In the morning there is a free shuttle to the "Hop on Hop off"...

"Very comfortable room. Staff was amazing and helpful, with all our requests being met. Both restaurants (breakfast and lunch/dinner) had amazing food and excellent service. Valet parking was an added convenience. Will certainly be my “go to” hotel in Johannesburg. "

Biggest complaint: room door has a light directly in front of it that does not turn off. And no blind to cover the window. Was extremely bright at night. Second night a staff member removed the bulbs which was appreciated "
