The hotel is nice and clean, the staff and service are TERRIBLE!!! They moved me twice because the AC wasn't working but I did figure out that the guests can not control the thermostat. Chinese people don't care about these, but this is supposed to be a business city. I will consider to go back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Sanding New Century Grand Hotel Yiwu for a weekend getaway, and I must say, it was an experience to remember. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Service: The staff at the Hotel are exceptional. They were not only professional but also genuinely friendly and eager to assist. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Room Quality: The room I stayed in was spacious, well-designed, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in room maintenance. Amenities and Facilities: The hotel boasts fantastic amenities. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious breakfast spread with a variety of options to suit different tastes. I loved it. Location: The hotel location is convenient, situated close to the downtown of Yiwu. It made exploring the commodity zone 1, 2 so easy and convenient.

The hotel is generally good, however, I stayed here in 2023 and didn’t have the “issues” I experienced this time. The air conditioning wasn’t cooling properly, and there was a cigarette smell coming through the air ducts, even though I specifically booked a non-smoking room. Other than that, everything was fine.

今回はこちらのホテルで宿泊しました。毎朝の朝食が種類が豊富でとてもよかったです。　 具体的にはお粥、温野菜、蒸しパン、卵焼き、小籠包、パン、フルーツ、飲み物、ヨーグルトなどがあります。温野菜は毎日種類が変わります。温野菜はセロリの炒め物、じゃがいもの炒め物、ブロッコリー、キャベツの炒め物、舞茸とお肉の炒め物のローテションでした、卵焼きはその場でオーダーをしたら作ってくれます。　 朝食のスペースは開放的で空間がとても広いです。　奥の方に大きなテレビがあります。 一階のロビーのコンシェルジュでは、スタッフの方に言えば、アプリを利用してタクシーを呼んでくれます。後どれくらいでタクシーがホテルまで着くかを教えてくれます。エントランスの右手にコンシェルジュがあります。グレーのジャケットを着た男性のスタッフの方は毎回タクシーが来たらタクシーの扉開けてくれて親切で対応も良かったです。 宿泊したお部屋の景色は山、橋が見えて綺麗でした。ただお部屋が禁煙にしましたが、タバコの匂いがして気になりました。喫煙のお部屋だったのかしら?　後お隣のお部屋の方の声が響きました... 宿泊したホテルの近くに徒歩5分のところに大きなショッピングモールがあり、レストラン、スーパーなどがあり便利です。　市場が近くにあるのでそちらに行かれる方は便利なロケーションだと思います。 　　 ホテルの一階の真ん中にピアノがおいてあり生演奏を聴く事が出来ました、シンガーの方とピアノのDuetの演奏が夕方にありました。　　 一階の奥右手にコンビニがありますがライトが暗くてもっと明るいライトにしたらいいと思います。商品の品数は多くはないです。　一階にお手洗いがありますが、タバコの匂いがかなりしました… 一階にカフェをオーダーして休めるスペースがあり開放的でよかったです。
