"When I arrived, there was one person in front of me. It took approximately 15 to 20 minutes to take care of that one person. Then, when I got to my room,unfortunately I didn't notice till later that night, there was cleaner left in the tub. There were spots on the ceiling, worn carpet in the hall, grout peeling around the basin."

When I told the man at the front desk he said they send text to ask about room cleaning but we both check our text for that day and we did NOT get any such text. We will never stay at a Quality Inn again,"
