Frustrante, pois o quarto sem mínimo conforto, serviço de hotel não existe quase, recepção funciona em horário limitado, não tem serviço de quarto, não disponibiliza nem sabonete ao menos aos clientes, o café da manhã não é no próprio Hostel, café limitado ao consumo, você é regrado para comer, não tem disponível louças, talheres, lenços , higiene 00000, Cozinha não é organizada, Eu não voltarei mais ao local e nunca indicarei a ninguém,

Hospedei-me, junto à minha namorada, no LaTapera. O quarto para casal é muito pequeno e precisávamos fazer um rodízio quando precisávamos abrir as malas. O café da manhã é bastante fraco, com pouquíssimas opções e considero o pior aspecto da hospedagem. Não há chuveiro elétrico e o banheiro não possuia um aspecto muito agradável. Como há apenas um degrau que separa a Vila do quarto em que estava, o chão ficava com um constante estado de sujeira pela areia da praia. A equipe do Hostel, no entanto, foi solícita e gentil em todos os momentos e acredito que os problemas enfrentados lá não são de sua responsabilidade, mas da própria estrutura de lá.

Horrível. Fui para Jeri com minha namorada e como chegaríamos no aeroporto tarde da noite, pensamos que seria melhor ficar numa pousada mais barata e mais simples na primeira noite. Pelas fotos parecia ok, então reservei um quarto privado no térreo. Quando chegamos, nos colocaram num quarto que claramente não era o contrato (não era no térreo). Pedimos para trocar de quarto mas disseram que todos estavam cheio. O quarto tinha um cheiro esquisito e o lençol estava sujo (tinha um pedaço de unha na cama).As toalhas também sujas. Foi uma noite terrível. Saímos para o nosso outro hotel no outro dia o mais rápido que pudemos. Nem tivemos coragem de provar o café da mhnhã. Pelo preço é óbvio que eu não esperava nenhum luxo, mas o estabelecimento tem a obrigação de ser no mínimo limpo. O lençol e as toalhas estavam sujos e manchados. um absurdo. Não recomendaria a ninguém.

Atendimento péssimo muitas regras nenhuma prestação de serviço ambiente muito sujo inclusive com baratas recepção mesmo no horário de trabalho não se encontra ninguém acomodação não respeita o usuário desligam o ar condicionado na madrugada e como não fica ninguém na recepção durante o dia ou noite o usuário fica no calor resumindo pior local para se ospedar.

Lugar Simples Mais Adradável, Seu João nos Atendeu muito bem.. Pessoal do café da manhã super simpáticas. Ótimo Custo e benefício. O Principal o Ar condicionado estava funcionando que uma beleza, porque em Jeri é quente viu..... Acho que a Pousada Precisa de umas melhorias. Como estava conversando com Sr. João... Se o Dono investir com certeza trara mais hospedes.. Como só ia pra dormir. Não tenho que reclamar. Pois o Preço valeu a pena.

Vale a pena, mas fique atento na reserva e checkin

A pousada tem tudo para ser excelente, mas existem quartos diferentes para o mesmo tipo reservado; e no nosso caso tivemos que mudar de quarto mais de uma noite durante a estadia. Pois o quarto ofertado inicialmente no check in era diferente do reservado (fotos do site). E simpatia não é o ponto mais forte da equipe. O café da manhã é muito bom, ao meu gosto e pelo custo beneficio, pois tem frutas, iogurte, ovos, misto, tapioca, bolo, café, suco, e leite. Fica na rua principal a uma curta caminhada de tudo em Jeri.

Hostel e não pousada

O estabelecimento está no site do hotéis.com como pousada e é um hostel. Comprei porque as fotos que vi eram de um quarto com banheiro, quando cheguei me deram um quarto com banheiro no corredor (e não foi isso que eu comprei). Depois de conversar muito queria ir para uma pousada e pedi meu dinheiro de volta (uma vez que não era o que eu tinha comprado). Eles se recusaram a devolver o dinheiro depositado referente a duas diárias.....Moral da história tive que ficar mais com a condição de nos mudar de quarto quando o com banheiro estivesse vago. O hostel não fica na rua principal (ele está em uma ruazinha perpendicular a principal) e foi difícil achá-lo. Se você estivesse no vaso sanitário não dava para fechar a porta do banheiro, pois ela batia no joelho e não fechava. Eles não trocaram o tapete sujo durante toda a nossa estada (assim como toalhas de banho e lençóis).

there're cheaper and better, unhappy staff, bad WC

I was looking for a budget stay in Jericoacoara, and la tapera was one of the cheapest ones, so we choose there because they have private bathroom, which in my case, was outside the room, so everytime we wanted to go you have to take the key with you, the problem was that the shower was cold, but the main problem it was that the water was running very little, like drops, I asked the reception and they said that maybe was a problem with the water??? and no solution, they just ask me to use the other toilet for the shared room. Whats the point of staying there if the private bathroom is not working? So you can find cheaper and probably better than this one. ALSO the STAFF looked not happy working there, so maybe is time to change staff.
