"Great place for the money and fantastic area. Walking distance to all you need Right on the water there . Restaurant on site is great as well. Make sure to see Tony at the outside bar. Don't find bartenders like him very often . Great dude "

"Very noisy in the rooms. No electrical outlets to plug cell phones. Internet hard to use & password not provided. Coffee shop is the only place for breakfast..45-1 hour wait time. & the place is full of cooking smell ..you smell like bacon grease for rest of the day. Toilet leaks on floor. Staff are not nice or hospitable ..indifferent at best"

"Staff was very friendly. Enjoyed the pool. Breakfast good as usual. One comment on fitness room: the elliptical handles were covered in duct tape. Functionally, this was okay but appearance-wise it was kind of unprofessional."

"My first time experience with Hyatt at Naples wasn’t the best how I expected to be. To begin with nobody told us before booking our stay that the pool would be closed after 3pm because of a “wedding” however the bartender at the hotel was very kind Miguel very nice and huge customer service experience was A1 with Miguel but another young name Igor was extremely rude when he saw me and my gf seating with our bottles of water in our hands and all he said was “ you guys cannot bring stuff from outside only need to buy from us “ To be that was unacceptable specially since we adapted to the wedding that they were having and they closed the pool after 3 PM Me and my girlfriend we were coming from Miami to Naples just to have a weekend of relaxing by the pool and that was not even possible with our stay unfortunately. I will definitely not recommend friends or family to come stay here. I just wanna give a huge shout out to Miguel"

"Everything about the hotel was perfect! The AC works perfectly to keep our room cool, the distance to the park for the pickleball tournament was close and easy, the room was spotless, the pool was refreshing, the pickleball court was fun, the continental breakfast was the perfect amount and everyone was always so nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. "
