"Everything wonderful, nice place and staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful and clean room and comfortable bed. There is also a cafe restaurant right nearby with owl, lions, monkey with a nice atmosphere where families can bring the kids to take pictures with the animals. 7 eleven nearby and a lot of street food stalls. Also very accessible if you plan to take the boat to see Phi Phi islands or other islands."

"The property was very clean and the staff was very nice. There is a good amount of places to eat that is walking distances. You do have to walk through an alley to get to them, but just like most places in Thailand I never felt unsafe walking through them, even at very late hours. "

"Boy do I have a list: 1. The lobby was not air conditioned. With the air being so hot it smelled like an old wet rag under granny’s wet moist moth ball sink cabinet. 2. The check in was efficient as it was handled like 1982. Was asked for a deposit of 300 Baht and she handed change from her makeup bag. Not sure if we will get our deposit returned. "I have been trying to get a refund since January 31, 2021. When I booked my room it said free cancelation, I tried to cancel and the hotel kept all my money. Expedia said that they don't answer the phone so there is nothing that they can do. Worst experience ever, never booking with them or expedia again. "
