"Older hotel but very friendly staff"

"3박 혼자 묵었습니다. 모든 직원분들이 친절했고, 방도 깨끗했어요. 소음에 예민한 편인데 굉장히 조용했어요. 너무 조용해서 같은 층에 숙박객이 없는줄 알았는데 있더라구요! 방음이 잘 되는 것 같아요. 제일 고층방을 주셔서 야경도 보고 좋았어요. 물은 제공이 안 되지만 첫날에 물을 한병 사서 1층과 19층 정수기를 통해 물을 담아서 마셨는데 생각보다 불편하지 않았어요. 그리고 위치가 너무 좋아요. 가까이에 완차이역이 있고 버스나 트램도 많이 다니고, 베이크하우스랑 마이컵오브티 등 유명한 맛집이 코앞에 있어요. 주변에 한국인들에게 유명하진 않지만 차찬탱 맛집도 꽤 있어서 여기저기서 식사할 수 있었고, 유명한 장난감 가게도 있어서 홍콩 택시 기념품도 샀습니다! 아 그리고 공항버스 내리면 바로 호텔 앞이라 너무 편했어요. 단! 에어컨을 꺼도 방이 너무 춥고 건조했어요 ㅠㅠ 다른 후기 보니 히터 대여가 된다는 것 같은데 저는 하진 않았습니다. 방의 공기 자체가 좀 찼어요. 잠옷을 따뜻한...

"The property is great and your central point in Wan Chai, your virtually 5 mins away from the MTR and tram system. Theres a great choice of shopping either in the plaza or down onto the high street that has a great western style too. Not only that your close to the side street of Hong Kong market which is fantastic. It's accessible the hotel location to travel or walk to causeway bay or admiral. "This hotel is in a great quite location across from Victoria Harbour, but not far to the hustled bustle of Hong Kong. We had the Harbour view from the 21st floor, totally amazing, breakfast was very good along with good staff and customer service,"

"Good. The location is great. About 3 minutes to Time Square. I booked a room for 3 person but I was given a room with 2 single beds. I spoke with the counter officer, Kevin. He was very helpful and upgraded us to a family room , I would definitely come back to this hotel again for my next visit. Also ? Thanks again, Kevin for giving us a comfortable stay"

"Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout. "
