"Everything is great at this hotel. I’m many are great. All the staff From The Room service. They’re always Nice. Also check In-N-Out. It’s always fast. Not too bad for the price., my only concern is that when people are doing whatever on the next rooms or the other rooms, you can hear everything. That is my only concern. But other than that everything else is great. I know I gave it a five star. But I think four star. It’s fair."

"Clean room. Location was perfect for my needs. Bus stop close by so I didn’t have to rent a car. Grocery shopping just across the property. "

"I have been staying at this hotel for years. This is the third time that I have been given a different room from the one I booked. This time the room was basically the size of a closet. The room I booked had a sofa, sitting area, bench at the foot of the bed, separate tub and walk in shower, etc. The room I was given had no sofa, no sitting area, no bench at the foot of the bed, and a combo sink/tub. And it was over $1k a night. I will not be staying there again."

"My room had bed bugs. Physically saw one crawl across the white sheets. When I went to the front desk for help they said no other room was available but the manager would be in at 9a... Slept on the little table seat. (Too cold to sleep in my car). I was supposed to stay 2 nights but that was not happening. Refunded me the money from day 2 since I said I wouldnt stay in that room. Said they would do an investigation and see about refunding me that night if they found anything. I have a video of the bed bug running and documentation of the bites I got. Its been a couple days and still no manager has called."
