"Pros: - Great location - Reasonably priced - Somewhat renovated rooms - Daily housekeeping - Great AC - Free parking - Excellent shower pressure - Friendly staff Cons: - Poor sound isolation. Can hear people coming and going next door. - Very firm and uncomfortable mattress. Pillows are way too soft. - Mattress not fully secured to platform, kept sliding around - Rooms are a little on the smaller side"

"I love this place! The room was huge and had a small kitchenette so it was very convenient. It had plenty of space and a small table that I used as a desk to work remotely. The check-in was very convenient and they allowed me to check in a little bit early since my flight arrived earlier than the check-in time. I liked being able to use the phone to unlock the door. Nice walking distance from lots of things to do. "

"All the staff were helpful in every day. Particularly helpful was Jacob T. Saw him every day at tge front desk which doubles as the breakfast desk. He was professional and upbeat with every customer we saw him deal with and went out of his way assist. In explanations of authorizations place on their credit cards, providing suggestions of place to see and restaurants and general directions. A stay here is worth it, if only have him provide you with information and service."

"Totally disappointed. Not an inexpensive motel but it absolutely deserves one star. First the property is filthy, including the shabby little reception area. Their garbage and recycling area it’s right at the staircase, very unsightly and disgusting. Fortunately the room itself was clean but worn looking. Bizarrely, they have two refrigerators. It took forever for someone to come to the front desk so I could check in — and I asked her and her associate for a late checkout which I really needed. apparently they forgot to tell anyone. However, even though I had do not disturb sign on the door, the housekeeper who I had already told I had a late checkout knocked and disturbed me as I was trying to get some sleep. Then a worker literally came in with a key… What the hell? When I called downstairs repeatedly no one answered the phone and there was no answering service. There was no hot water at 11 AM. Homeless people were all over, smoking cigarettes and picking through their trash. This place is a disaster and I would never stay here again. You have been warned. "
