"You need to lower your expectations when coming to this hotel, certainly is value for money considering the great location in down town Jerusalem. Breakfast was really good, above expectations. The stuff is doing their job, not really going the extra mile, among other aspects, I chose the hotel based on the fact of having a parking lot, it was full, 14 parking lots only. Ended paying 25% of the night hotel cost in a parking place near the hotel."

"The staff was VERY helpful! We were disappointed that there was no breakfast, but we understood that it was because of the war and fewer guests. For at least one night, we were the only ones! Any time there was a problem, the staff addressed it immediately. Parking was convenient, and the maid service was excellent."
