Really lovely hotel with friendly, welcoming staff. My room was large and comfortable with a fab view across Jerusalem, and the breakfast was amazing! You couldn't ask for a better location, it is surrounded by great places to eat and drink, close to the Old City, easily walkable to most places you'd want to go and close to the light rail. Really appreciate the welcome I was given by everyone at the hotel.

It was in a great location and the hotel was pretty clean. There were a few stains on the carpet but it didn’t really bother us. Checking in was quick and easy. When we asked the front desk for extra items they were quick to bring it to our room.

Polite and smiling staff. We had booked a standard family room. At the reception, they told us there was some issue with our room, so they gave us two connecting rooms instead. Plus, the kids each got a toy as a gift. It was great!

The hotel was fantastic- clean comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful. The Israeli breakfast- open buffet - is out of this world - so fresh so tasty and such an array of different flavors. Only slight downside was my original room was street side and very noisy but the staff moved me without question and the other side of the building was lovely and quiet.
