"Loved the property. Good value for the area. Only things to watch out for are the elevators. They close on you. Our stroller got stuck, couldn't push the doors open. I have to climb over the stroller and into the elevator to push the open door button. Luckily our kid was IN the stroller and didn't get crushed. "Our stay at Everwild Canmore was truly exceptional. As it was our first trip with our newborn, we had concerns about how everything would unfold. However, the staff at Everwild went above and beyond to make our experience incredibly memorable. They proactively addressed all our requests, even prior to our arrival.They were very accommodating and provided a crib and microwave in the room. I highly recommend this place for all the amenities, especially the spa."

"Having a full kitchen for our 3 night stay allowed us to save money on several meals. Groceries and many restaurants were close by when needed. This location provided convenient access to Banff, Icefields Parkway, and local Canmore sights & trails. We booked our excursion to Lake Louise & Moraine Lake with their discounted recommended local ViaVia tours. We would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Cannot believe the premium I paid to stay here. The beds were super soft and both beds were caving in at the center (it's obvious they were quite old). The walls seemed to be paper thin between suites. Unfortunately we were kept up all night due to noise from people talking in the hallway and then in their suites next door. Overall the stay was not worth the price. Barely got any sleep."

The complete absence of staff meant the issues we had had to be dealt with phone and email and was unsuccessful and the issues were never resolved.
