I’d rather talk through it cause I copied you on the most latest email that ever that was going around did you see if by chance I have not I can take a look well in a nutshell what’s going on one of my Key accounts overpaid they double paid a bill of $769,000 and they were basically told in the first attempt to see if we could reimburse it that they needed 60 days and you reimburse it. What do you mean by that reverse reverse and they were told so the customer was told that it would take us at least 60 days to do that if we could otherwise it would just send us a credit. Customer wasn’t satisfied with that response and then I guess apparently someone in the call center said you know what you have the option file PCO complaint not a good way to end that call just FYI so the customer came to me cause I’m their account rep and said what can you do to help us so I kind of started going down the path of asking you know David Turner, and my director well he’s our director now over here in Ohio. "My room was very clean and neat. Smelled fresh. And overall was a clean building and area. Morning breakfast was good to. I would defiantly stay here again. Plenty places to eat around the hotel as well. "

"The thermostat did not work ... Even though I called repair & they showed me how to do it once they left the hvac heater would not turn on... Your stat installer did Not Remove the clear protective film from the stat display. Signs of a poor install job... Nice to have a wall mounted stat but useless if it doesn't work... BTW your front desk said ever since the upgrade of wall mounted stats they have never worked correctly!! Time to call your HVAC Contractor & get this corrected. Also Your pool was not open... No good if it can not be used.... The TV was menue system was difficult to use but I did fig it out eventually... All employees where very nice & helpful Corporate needs to step up to the plate & get simple stuff working...."
