"Beautiful room and view. The personal fit pit on the deck was an incredible surprise! Spent a lot of time relaxing and reading by firelight. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. The floor had footprints all over, the fridge had leftovers from previous guests, and the shower was a bit dirty. Not dealbreakers, but a bit disappointing. "

"Stayed here often ; always a decent spot. ; mattress in our room was pretty soft ( way too soft); 1st time we’ve run into that !!! we paid for a mattress , not a hammock ; Time to upgrade ??? Nice pub on site …"

"First , there are no tvs in the rooms , would have been nice to watch playoff hockey. They definitely need new mattresses, bedding. The whole room needs a DEEP clean. I would not recommend this place, the only thing going for it is the view."

"I am so grateful for the experience that my husband and I had at the JPL. The hotel made me feel really special when I arrived by having a couple of chocolate dipped strawberries and prosecco on ice to celebrate the completion of my degree (and I that I haven't travelled anywhere in years). The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and the view was stunning. I had the waffle for breakfast one morning and the JPL pizza - very delicious food! I also did the telescope experience at the planetarium (one of the telescopes allowed our group to see a couple of stripes on Jupiter and 4 of its moons, which was really neat). My favourite activity to do every day was sitting close to the water, reading a book, and listening for the loons. I also got a relaxation massage at the spa; such a calming experience."
