"Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Studio. Es war überraschenderweise größer als erwartet, mit ausreichend Platz und allem vor Ort was wir brauchten. Die Kommunikation lief super und das flexible Einchecken war auch sehr praktisch.
Allerdings könnte die Sauberkeit verbessert werden, wir haben Dreck auf dem Boden, an Türrahmen und Wänden überall gesehen. Die zwei kleinen Stühle sind auch in schlechtem Zustand, ich wollte nichtmal meine Tasche darauf stellen, geschweige denn darauf...

"We have encountered a bedbugs problem in one of the rooms. One of my family members got heavily bitten.We also found the prints of the bedbugs on the bed linens. Eventually, we were offered a full reimbursement for the stay and were asked to move out within 48 hours. We were not offered an alternative place to stay (although we requested for an alternative).
