"La habitación tenía las sábanas manchadas y sucias, las alfombras parecía que tenías tiempo que no las aspiraban, el chek-in peor que un Airbnb, tenían que mandarme una autorización de entraba que tenía que firmar y me la enviaron después de la entrada por qué tuve que solicitarla sino no daban la llave para entrar al cuarto y además la entrada hay un hueco que solo pueden entrar en 4x4 y pocos estacionamientos."

"While the grounds, rooms, and majority of the staff were wonderful, we had a very poor experience at this hotel. Our power went out twice, once for 14 hours during our stay. We were not able to have showers, lights, or use any of the facilities in your room. I told the manager, Abel, about this issue and he did.
