"AT the Hawthorn Inn very customer service, knowledable and friendly staff - from front desk to housekeeping - security - management. They are very respectable and do not enter your room without permission. PS contray to my previosu stay at WoodSprings - no security - very unclean - rude staff - shout and curse at guests - broken rooms - just to name a few. Staff an Woodspring suits enter your room without permission. Housekeeping is dirty linens and not well done"

"The staff at Denim were really great. The property was well-maintained overall. The room itself had a few drawbacks. The A/C was super-noisy and sounded as if a plastic bag were caught in the fan. I mentioned it, but no change was noted during the 4-day stay. The TV remote went out, that was remedied. Room was clean, but some notable wear and tear. I had a good rate, so did not have expectations of 5-star quality. Breakfast was continental, and more than adequate."
