"Room was neat, clean, and was very spacious There was also great breakfast options. Staff was great as well. I was always greeted by them when passing by in the hall. Free parking and the walk to the beach was very short which was a plus! Great stay!"

"Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

"Location is perfect but the property was dirty, seems like someone was just there , smelled nasty, trash piled at the door upon arrival, parking is not free. A ticket was placed on my car. Communication is terrible due to the different hosts I was trying to reach out too. After seeing the condition we decided to make the best of it because of the weekend I could not get a temporary credit to book another home for my family. Not an ideal home for family. I disputed the charges as soon as I could."

"Everything was perfect other than my daughter found a dirty bandaid in her bed. That was the only issue. Other than breakfast ends at 9:30 and my husband was making his food and they grabbed it up while he was making it. They should let guests finish making their plate if food is still out."
