"It was a peaceful environment with lovely, well maintained grounds including the pool. The rooms were a little dated but were spacious and comfortable. The restaurants and breakfast were excellent. The staff were very helpful and were happy ro solve any issues which arose."

"So far it had been a great escape and relaxing moment for me and my husband"

"My family checked in first on my behalf. I came later at night to stay in the hotel at about 9pm. I went straight to front desk to request about the check in process for my family and wanted to know which room they were. My wife typo me the wrong room. In which this staff Zain was really rude. One hand in the pocket, and rudely telling me that there was no one in the said room(note that the room was typo) I then proceed to show him my email booking, he then brushed it off saying the booking...

"No lift, only staircase.Inconvinien for old folk or with heavy luggage if you stay lvl 3. 1st glance of room looks ok. But later found small cockroach in the room. Also a small insect on bed sheet. And also, there is small ants on the wall and table. Room is spacious with window for superior type. The toilet layout is strange that need 3 steps on it.Poor sound proof. Wont be return if have a choice."

"Pengalam yg kurang memuaskan. Front desk not really attentive and tk mesra. Keadaan bilik yg kurang selesa dengan bau yg tdk menyenangkan serta bunyi air yg mengalir dr aircond. Kurang penelitian mantainence dr persekitaran resort dan juga keadaan dalam bilik. At last kami check out malam tu juga. Hopefully ada pembaikan serta naik taraf pd masa akan dtg. "
