"Super vriendelijke gastvrouw en gastheer. De kamers zijn ruim, wat gedateerd, maar wel schoon. Het diner in het restaurant is erg goed, zo ook het uitgebreide ontbijt met diverse broodjes, fruit, kazen, vlaai, op verzoek klaargemaakte eieren, sappen, etc. Ook in het restaurant is de bediening erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Al met al een aanrader voor een verblijf en diner."

"Character property, ideally positioned for access to restaurants and shops. Pleasant receptionist, good breakfast. We would stay here again. Sat nav did not find easily which probably was not helped by roadworks - but it would have been nice to be warned and given advice. Lovely area to sit at the back of the hotel which we did :). But found out from literature later that they would serve appertifs which we were not offered - that would have been even better!"

"Pleasant room with lovely view. Very well situated. Access to the funicular a real treat. Good range of food options and super breakfast. Staff all very friendly but poorly trained and managed. We were variously told that we could/could not have a kettle; could/could not use the new terrace area at all; could/could not have a drink there; could/could not have a meal there. Room service unreliable - we were missing towels, bathmat, toilet roll on different days. Muzak in the public areas was...
