"Good location, good staff"

"The staff is very good and friendly "

"Room is excellent & friendly staff, location are excellent but facing main road cause some sounds disturbing (bike beeping sounds) in mid night although window closed. Another issue will be the water heater seems hot then suddenly cool then hot again (temperature not static). Overall room are fantastic & meeting expectation. I'll choose to stay again this hotel without hesitation."

"Wifi is not good condition."

"The hotel was perfectly located in the old quarter close to the lake, food and all the chaos expected when travelling to Hanoi! The breakfast was excellent and Mr Trahun made it so comfortable. The staff were exceptional and made us feel at home, great place thanks."

"Our room was very clean and everyone we dealt with was very nice. The hotel is in a perfect spot for checking out the old Hanoi. Plenty of shops and restaurants very close"

"スタッフ皆親切でよかったです。 特に朝食が美味しくて、子供も大満足です！子連れでも過ごしやすいホテルでした。"

"The staff at the Hanoi Pearl were so kind and thoughtful. The breakfast buffet was always so great and fresh and the spa was convenient. We had a wonderful experience here and will be staying again on our next visit to Hanoi!"
