"Ritz Carlton Bangalore was the best rits experience I ever had. The staff and the management charmed me with their gracious hospitality and made the stay very memorable one. The standards set by the hotel is a tough one to beat.From the delicious breakfast buffet, to evening tea at the lounge or to delicious drinks served at the rooftop bar Ritz Carlton Bangalore creates an experience that is memorable. "This is an old Fortune Classic property, though the management has taken efforts to upgrade, however due to bus stands and depots the traffic is always jam and access to the property is time consuming from all over…people with small luggage can walk nearby to access public transport or cabs nearby rather than calling to the hotel for pick up…"

"Front desk was very fast in check in. Vidyuth was very helpful in making the necessary arrangements. Ensured all luggages were sent to hotel rooms while we left for shopping as it was not check in time yet. It was completely hassel free which saved alot of time. Breakfast was filled with variety and wirh live kitchen serving hot food. Nearby Iskon temple and shopping area. Very convinient. Overall very satisfied. "

"Where do I start?.. 1. Not for one second did the wifi work for me, i had to use 4G the whole time I was there 2. The toilet in my room (311) was installed in a tilted manner. When you sit on it, you will realize you are slanted. 3. They threw a wild rager party on the weekend. But this went on till 3.30am and was extremely loud!! The thumping was heard loudly all the way to the 3rd floor. Guests gathered in the hallways complaining about this noise. Complaints started at 1am but the party went till 3.30. 4. The kettle was not clean at all when i opened it for the first time 5. The rooms are old and dingy, in need of serious renovations. Funky smell."
