"This is an old Fortune Classic property, though the management has taken efforts to upgrade, however due to bus stands and depots the traffic is always jam and access to the property is time consuming from all over…people with small luggage can walk nearby to access public transport or cabs nearby rather than calling to the hotel for pick up…"

"A historical building with a large garden located in the city center — perfect for a relaxing morning or evening walk. Blue Ginger at the Taj West End is an excellent restaurant, offering delicious food in a uniquely charming setting. However, the room cleanliness was below expectations for a hotel of this standard, as I found hair in the bathroom upon check-in."

My recent stay at the Fairfield-Marriott was an absolute delight, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was truly exceptional. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making me feel genuinely valued throughout my stay.
The facilities at the hotel are excellent and cater to every need. I particularly appreciated having a well-equipped gym right on the premises – it was incredibly handy for maintaining my fitness routine. The in-room service options were fantastic, offering a great variety of dishes. I tried several items from the in-room dining menu, and without exception, each dish was delicious and prepared to perfection.
However, the real highlight for me was the breakfast. The spread was truly awesome, boasting an impressive array of options to suit all tastes. From local delicacies to international favorites, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was the perfect start to each day.
Overall, the Fairfield-Marriott exceeded my expectations. The combination of wonderful hospitality, excellent facilities, delicious food, and convenient amenities made for a truly pleasant and memorable experience. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Bengaluru."
"Front desk was very fast in check in. Vidyuth was very helpful in making the necessary arrangements. Ensured all luggages were sent to hotel rooms while we left for shopping as it was not check in time yet. It was completely hassel free which saved alot of time.
Breakfast was filled with variety and wirh live kitchen serving hot food.
Nearby Iskon temple and shopping area. Very convinient.
