Great place

My stay was wonderful. My room was comfortable and had a good night sleep. I really loved the pool and the gym. The staff was amazing. The staff near the pool was excellent and alway attentive. Location is great and feels safe. The hotel is near a mall and many restaurants and shopping which makes it very convenient. I would stay here again.

It’s by walking distance to have lunch and dinner. Transportation is by taxi easily to get. It has a safe environment. The hotel price is reasonable, the draw back is that it’s non-refundable.

Convenient location

Location was convenient for me as the office is near to the hotel. Room was clean but sheets smells. Was out early and back late (due to traffic) and hence did not notice that I have to indicate if I want the sheets changed until the last night. Breakfast was alright in selection but it was tasty to me. Other meals taken in the hotel is good but a bit on the high side. Overall service was good.

Good location

Location is good but the rooms are looking tired. Room is not that clean but that could be due to the older fixtures. Not enough lights in room making it too dark for work. Desk light is not bright at all. Breakfast have dropped in standard.

Room maintenance not up to standard. Power failure on check-in and aircon failure after power repair. Changed room with problem of Aircon not controllable, freezing and Refrigerator not cold but noise very disturbing.
