더블룸에 싱글침대 2개연결

대부분 맘에 들었는데 이번출장에서는 침대가 좀 불편 했던 점 이있었다, 더블 침대가 아니고 싱글 침대를 2개 연결해서 해놓았는데 잠자리에서 침대 2개가 갈라져서 이음새부분에 걸려서 불편 했다,

Bad experience and for my wedding. Shame on them

It was a good value until.... I am getting married here and we have booked many rooms. I did not even know they had suites. When i went to upgrade our room, they insisted on charging me the difference between the price i paid on hotels.com where i redeemed nights and paid very little, and the much more expensive Hotel price instead of the simple difference in the price of the one room and the suite. They do not care that it is for my wedding. They do not reason about the price. There is no "Let me see what I can do". They just maintain their position. On principle, i will stay here with my new wife in a regular room. I would not stay here again and since the wedding is coming up and we have 5 other rooms booked, i will cancel them and stay at another hotel. Quite a disappointing experience. The pool is great and the gym is not good. the mushola is outside. The hotel is good price for the money if you book online but do not expect anyone to go out of the way to help you.

タンゲランでは価格の割にあんしんできるホテル

ホテル内は割と清潔ですがレストランはあまり期待できるメニューは無いような感じ、ウェイトレスの対応はよかった。 また、１名のフロントの方と１名のドアマンはとて良かったのですがそのほかのフロント、ドアマンは、あまり感心できなかった。
