"Stunning design with excellent restaurants in the hotel. The pool and spa are lovely and staff wuite helpful. Minor quibble in our bath, as the shower seal was weak and hence water leaked into the WC area. Also yiful bathtub but the tap supplying it was impossible to decipher. Overall an excellent and stylish choice. Dont miss high tea if you stay there."

"The staff are very helpful and generous! The room door are so noisy when you open or close, so you can here other people going in and out. This hotel is very clean, a bit old but is closed to CGK Airport. The surrounding area is terrible, everything is a slum and very dirty "

"great facility and location. prestigeous environment and very good hospitality from staff. overall very high quality. only two issues during stay, 1. pool dining too slow(had to cancel aft 50minutes delivery) 2. rotary noise during midnight and early morning very loud (not sure whether construction or traffic..) "

"As far as airport hotel goes, this is the standard. I’ve been to other airport hotels in Jakarta, and they’re either, small, run down, gross or just feels like a prison room. For what you pay, this place is perfectly adequate. "

DISSPOINTED

"I checked in on Thursday night 13th Dec. When I check in, no one informed me that there will be a outdoor rave party next door on Friday 14th Dec. When I was back on 14th Dec from dinner, as a guest I can’t even find a car park for my car. Apparently the security allowed the people going to the Rave to park at the hotel car park. This was just the beginning, when I went into my room, the rave music was so loud, my window started to vibrate. I could only sleep when the rave ends at 3am in the morning. Dissapoint with how they manage the hotel and never provide to guest in advance. This will be my last time staying here. "
