We spent two nights at the camp with our adult college age kids and it was a fantastic experience. The service was extraordinary as owner Jaswant went out of his way to ensure we were well looked after. Further, the camp was as not overrun by westerners as most tourists were Indian. We enjoyed the camel ride and dune sunset, as well as the evening food and entertainment. This was a highlight of our trip.

DESERT SAFARI IN JAISALMER Great experience! I had a really great time going in the safari with The Kafila Desert Camp. The hosts and camel guides were really helpful, understanding, and accommodating. All Activities are awesome like jeep safari, camel safari. A must visit Camp when in Jaisalmer.

It has a good location, responsive tent service, a clean and comfortable room, and fast checkout. It was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from the city center and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. The tent design is contemporary and I like it a lot.

A wonderful time,Highly recommended ,The tents are spacious and a separate bathroom with shower and western toilet. But the best thing of all was the beds. The most comfortable in all of India. A nice open area for a campfire,excellent desert folk and dincing and simple but testy vegetarian Foods local fire made,our stay here excellent

People make this property, the owner Jaswanth and the entire staff are simply amazing who go out of their way to do everything and anything you want! Food is amazing, the tents are clean, the service is out of this world. Camel ride is included. and the hospitality is better than none other. It does get really cold though, and the tents are airy, 1 heater isnt enough.. so prepare accordingly.

While tent and toilet were as per expectation, the activities were below the mark. Especially the camel ride was very poor. While we had paid for an extra room due to extra bed charges for our child we were forced to go on one camel - result was back pain for all. Even at the dunes other hotel owners had arranged a much better experience for their guest.

It was one the best stay in India and the tent and desert safari experience is unforgettable with lot of luxury things and camel safari and food at Kaffila was excellent have no word to decide about this new place middle in thar desert. Night in tent was very comfortable with spacious size of tent and moring start with sunshine and music of nature with birds and have no word to write all my experience there it was great memories of journey of Jaisalmer .. most visited place in thar desert ..

We visited The Kafila Desert Camp for the Desert Safari which consisted of a camel ride to the dunes to see the sunset, followed by an amazing cultural music and dance performance around the bonfire and a scrumptious meal. The experience was great and the people were very friendly and helpful..
