Excellent hospitality service, large comfy rooms, Royal Indian heritage splendor, gardens and lawns , outdoor area , excellent food choices and service , great Wifi and TV in room services. Right in the center of Jaipur City !! Tourist Paradise !!!!
Diggi is a beautiful oasis in the frenetic hustle of Jaipur’s Pink City. You feel like they are looking out for you like family. Our huge room had a wonderful private courtyard and marble and endless beauty everywhere. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Need some advice on shopping sightseeing etc maybe organized tours. And upgradation of rooms
It was quite cold when we stayed there (January). We asked for help to get the heater in the room to work and no one ever came to assist us. (We never got it to work.) My husband was told that there were blankets in the closet.

Horrible experiance... i kept trying to cancel my booking due to family emergency my husband was in ICU suffered brain haemorrage and was critical but despite many " dont worry Ma'm " type respinses ultimately i lost the 15 k. Diggi palace can consider it a donation from my side. I used to think that Jaipur hotels were famous for hospitality but all i got was hostility coz they refused to refund my money despite the fact that it was not a last minute cancellation i had raised the request 2 weeks before date there was ample time for them to recieve other bookings for those 2 rooms. For me its NEVER AGAIN DIGGI PALACE & NEVER AGAIN EXPEDIA.

Disgraceful
Extremely disappointing experience. Without any prior warning, the hotel turned into the venue for a public Christmas market and concert. It was so loud that every window in the hotel complex from reception to our room was rattling. Completely unacceptable for the significant cost per night. Typical opportunists trying to making a buck hosting an event while continuing to take hotel bookings knowing the guests’ experience would be compromised. Pathetic.
Booked our stay based on the majority positive reviews, and website images. Be prepared - the Diggi is nothing like what you see in the images on this site. Cons: no green lawns, all burnt soil, piles of dirty laundry on view, and the condition of main areas are majorly run down. It's clear that while the Diggi was once an awesome, historic property, due to its sprawling size and age, it is desperately in need of renovations. Especially the left wing rooms, which are dirty, with dank furniture, moth eaten curtains / rugs, and reminded me of a highway Super 8 motel or hostel (not the 5 star hotel we'd paid for). Distraught and disgusted after first night, we tried to switch hotels, but everything booked solid in high season. That said, after speaking with management, voicing our complaints, and changing rooms THREE times, we were placed in a gorgeous room right above the lobby. That room featured a spacious marble bathroom, nice furniture, and a fabulous garden terrace. It really, really matters which room you get there. For the pros, the staff is like a family, super sweet and kind, once you get into their rhythm. However, be prepared that this hotel is run-down, faded, and it REALLY matters which room you get. While location is great, and we can totally handle (and often enjoy) hotel quirks, we wouldn't book here again, nor is it worth the money paid. Hope whoever is controlling this property can invest back into it, because it could be so much better.
Mi estancia en el hotel fue muy satisfactoria, las instalaciones muy lindas y limpias. La ubicación fue muy conveniente para ir a las principales atracciones de la ciudad. La atención del personal siempre fue excelente.
We had a wonderful time at Diggi Palace, although it was very pricy. The food was good as well, and the staff friendly. The palace was beautiful.

Historic hunting lodge
This is a 200 year old building that is now part of the Heritage hotel network. Our room was huge with a separate sitting room and a porch. Dinner starts at 7 pm which was later than we wanted. Sat outside and watched the peacocks roost. They have 30 peacocks. Breakfast was good, nothing special. Located outside the wall. Would stay again.
We wish we’d had more time in Jaipur just so we could stay in this beautiful hotel. The main courtyard serves as an outdoor living and dining room- we watched peacocks and monkeys over our breakfast masala chai.
We arrived late from delhi but had a very nice welcome and an upgraded room. Very clean, beautifully decorated in traditional style. Breakfast was tasty and nice choices. We ate in the garden with company from peacocks. Staff were polite and friendly. Easy ride from and to airport. Easy ride to the main places. If you need a driver, there is a family of brothers who are trustworthy and very pleasant. They can bring you to very good and well priced local art and gems. Nothing bad to say.

Just not what it used to be.NO WIFI in the rooms.Who wants to do their buisness in the lobby. Totally inept.Bad service.very mediocre. Such a shame.I always stay but not any more I am sad to say.Hard old pillows and dreary rooms.Needs.a.facelift
Very characterful building with lots of courtyards. Lovely garden which you can take meals in. Food good, staff helpful. Near Old City, so good for visiting City Palace etc..
Difficult to give a proper review as we were only there one night. Expedia misled us and pressured us to book as only one room left but when we got there the hotel was empty. There were only two other guests! Don’t think we got a good rate either

Good restaurant was the best feature.
Advertised internet was non-existent, and we stayed for three days. They continued to say they were in the process of fixing it. There was also no Pool. When we arrived there was a very loud beer festival being held on the lawn, which we could hear from our room. The room was spacious and comfortable. The grounds and heritage nature of the facilities were impressive.
Pleasant. Lovely atmosphere in the evening with entertainment while you are eating. Perfect place to come back to after the hustle and bustle of site seeing. You go back in time when you stay at the Diggi Palace.
Excellent heritage hotel! The haveli is beautiful and immediately induces serenity and calm. Located in the heart of Jaipur, can't say enough about this place, the staff, and the overall experience! Highly recommend to any visitors looking for an amazing place to stay in Jaipur.
The hotel was converted from a palace which has got a huge garden. We arrived at about 5am and was allowed to check in without any additional fees. Both reception and restaurant staff were very friendly. We had a small issue with the hot water for shower. But since it was late in the evening and we only stayed for one night, we didn't bother to get it fixed.
