"I booked into the pelican park really just expecting your normal park cabin experience, especially for the price i paid. But my family and I were blown away by the quality of the family room we stayed in. It was very clean, comfortable and well appointed for a caravan park. The lady at the reception was very friendly and informative. The cabin was spacious, clean and had everything you could want, kitchen, laundry etc and a lovely balcony decking area with a beautiful view of the river. Our beds were comfortable the shower was awesome and living area was comfortable and spacious. Our only disappointment was the fact we didn't realise how awesome the place would be and only stayed one night lol. 10/10 we definitely will be back for a longer stay."

"Clean and comfortable although bed was a little firm. Didn't get a chance to use the facilities . The continental breakfast was adequate, glad there was some fruit options available. Overall resonable value."

"We were so relieved to have everything ready to just walk into our cabin, the staff let us check in early as we had a family wedding,they were so accomadating. We felt very comfortable and it was cleaned very thoroughly. Would stay again!"

"Super clean and so close to the beautiful beach. Friendly staff and a wonderful relaxed vibe in this charming town. Limited eating out opportunities. Next time we will try the Driftwood Cafe (not open Friday night). Very basic meals at the Bowling Club."

"The perfect stopover on our way to the Gold Coast. We were towing a camper trailer and easily parked underneath our villa. The grounds were peaceful and serene with holidayers catching fish. I highly recommend this place."
