Nothing about this stay was acceptable. If I could give less than one star, I would.
1. No hot water in the unit.
2. Kitchen was infested with ants and effectively unusable, forcing us to eat out.
3. Curtain rail in the bedroom was held together with duct tape and eventually fell down onto my children.
4.Beds were misrepresented in the listing. It advertised one King and two Queens; in reality, it was one Queen and two Double beds.
5. Only two towels were provided for four people. Management said more would be sent, but they never arrived.
6. Management was completely unresponsive and repeatedly told us to contact Expedia instead of addressing the issues.
The listing is highly misleading and should not be allowed on Expedia. I spent days on the phone, chat, and email with Expedia and was refunded only 1 of the 4 nights. I still paid to stay in what was essentially an unsafe and unsanitary unit. I regret not leaving immediately and disputing the charge with my credit card company.
