It was our second time staying here. We didn't even bother looking for anywhere else. It once again didn't disappoint. Exceptional people at the front desk and working the breakfast area. Great location for enjoying all historic Fernandina has to offer, and super comfortable rooms. If we're ever in the area again, it will once again be the first place we look to book!

I have stayed in several dozen Hampton Inns. This is by far the WORST. This hotel needs a top-to-bottom renovation. The rooms are dated and, frankly, not clean. Mold in the shower. Sour smelling carpet in the room. I'm glad we are staying only one night. The only saving grace is the courteous, efficient staff at the front desk. Hampton Inns needs to do better.

The location was amazing. The lobby was beautiful with fresh coffee and cookies when we checked in. The breakfast had a lot of options and the decor of that room was cute and beachy too

Booked the rooms through Expedia however the hotel did not seem to have the reservations. Eric at check-in was extremely helpful trying to resolve the issue however Katie at front desk was extremely rude and obnoxious and purposefully did not even attempt to assist. When she did finally did enter one of the reservations she entered the incorrect information/ checkout date resulting in additional anxiety as we received a text about having to check out while we were outdoors. If not for Eric and the other front desk crew Katie would have successfully ruined our holiday.
