The clerk was rude. Did not have our room. We were supposed to have a king bed but he put us in a room with two queens He said they were at capacity but we booked two days before that so they gave away our room

It was clean, quiet, and had a beautiful view of the river! Convenient for walking around downtown Jacksonville and also to the arenas nearby. Parking right next to the hotel and safe.
