"Cleanliness was the number one issue The shower and toilet room have poor clean but the vanity area had not been cleaned at all. Also had a very dirty mirror and the fronts and sides of the cabinets all needed to be wiped down. Careless dusting of the room. The air conditioning unit was very noisy and had to be shut off in order to sleep. "

"I was on a ground floor, the windo to my room would close but not tight. A/C unit was loud. Door to my room had to have lock dead bolted in order to shut completely. I checked to see if I could change rooms and they didn't have anything else available."

"The pillows were completely flat and uncomfortable, and I tossed and turned all night. There were kids crying, screaming, and running up and down the hallway at 1 AM, which made it impossible to rest. The front desk clerk was rude at check-in. Around 11 PM, the TV service stopped working with a message saying to contact the provider to restore service. The bathroom itself was okay, but there was some nasty-looking residue on the wall outside the tub, which was pretty gross. Overall, this was not a pleasant stay and I won’t be returning."

"The fact the pool and hot tub were out of order, upsets me greatly. My number 1 reason I book a Hotel is that they have a hot tub. Arriving and finding out it was out of commission greatly upset me, this being the 3rd hotel in a row with the hot tub down. I was very upset, the clerk said I could not cancel without paying the $140. (Expedia rules). looked for another hotel in town with a hot tub there were no others. I really, very strongly believe it was shut down to save a dime. "
