We really enjoyed our stay and the hospitality. The Breakfast and Dinner were amazing. The newly renovated room is also very nice. The older japanese room is very big and good for big family, but slightly further from the lobby.

久しぶりに大満足のホテルでした。 お部屋もとっても広くお部屋についていた露天風呂も最高でした。 なんと言ってもライブキッチンでの食事♪ 料理長こだわりの地元食材の料理に感動して、スタッフの料理の説明や接客はとても素晴らしいものでした。 コース料理の流れの中で炊き立ての種類の違うご飯が小出しに出されたのも感動でした。 料理に感動、スタッフの接客に感動、とても素敵な時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございました。 料理長の鯖寿司は最高です♪ご馳走様でした。

食事サービス時に注文と異なる銘柄の酒を出された。その点を指摘され、再度、持参時に女性の詫びの一言も無し。さも迷惑だとの態度には呆れた。従業員教育がゼロである。その他の男性従業員の方々はしっかりしているだけに残念であった。

最強！

車を停める場所がわからずとりあえずホテルの前に駐車。その瞬間案内のスタッフさんが駆けつけてくれて分かりやすく駐車場を案内してくださいました。久しぶりに気持ちが良すぎる接客です！部屋も温泉も清潔で最高に気持ち良かったです！

1歳半の娘を連れての旅行でしたが、色々と親切にして頂いで大満足です。 料金も良心的でまた西伊豆に行く際には利用したいです。 唯一注文するとすれば、バスタオルを干すハンガーが欲しかったです。

駐車場も近く、ウェルカムドリンクもあり、お部屋も綺麗にしてありました。 食事も美味しく、食後にロビーでコーヒーやアルコールがフリーで置いてあり、囲炉裏を囲み足湯をしながら頂きました。囲炉裏ではマシュマロ焼きが出来ました。 お布団もとっても寝心地が良い物を使ってありました。 残念な所はお部屋にある露天風呂は中のパッキンが剥がれていました。 また部屋のお風呂はカビが多かったので、使いませんでした。 また機会があれば泊まらせてもらいたいです。
