"the location is excellent. We drive and can park the car downstairs. There is a very nice Starbucks house just 3 mins walk away. Within 10 mins walk you can find a very nice shopping mall (MaxValu Maruyama Class Store). The flat is spacious and sufficient for six of us. Two bathrooms are a valid advantage. "We - a family of 4 - stayed in the Kyoto - JAPANESE Modern room and absolutely loved it. The room is very spacious and full of natural light due to plenty of windows. It even had an accessible balcony with beautiful views to the park. The mattresses were all very comfortable and the duvets were next level fluffy. No-one wanted to get out of bed in the morning. The place including the 2 x toilets and 2 x showers was super clean and so were bed linen and towels. Staff were very polite and helpful....

"I’m extremely DISAPPOINTED with the condition of the room during my stay. With a rate of over MYR1,000 per night, the experience did not reflect the standard expected from a Crowne Plaza property. The hotel room is so small for 3 person. Can only open 1 Large luggage and need to close it to open another large luggage. The bathtub was clogged, the exhaust vent was dirty and rusted, and the grab bars in the bathroom were corroded and unhygienic. Overall, the room looked worn and poorly maintained. (Photos attached.) Frankly, with that price point, I could have stayed at far better hotels in Sapporo. This was the WORST among all the hotels I’ve stayed at on this trip including both local and international chains. It was not worth the premium rate."
