"Great space and even better staff. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable, and the contemporary, welcoming lounge is a great place to relax. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again when I’m in Ithaca."
"Great location with easy access to Cornell campus. Cornell-themed interior deco throughout. The comfort twin room offered great value and had plenty of amenities for a solo traveler like me: storage space, A/C, reliable wifi, private bathroom and sink. Shower booth has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Sink has hand soap and hand lotion.
One small issue: depending on time of day, it may take a while for hot water to come out--in my case, it took anywhere from 15 seconds to 2 minutes while letting the shower run. But it eventually worked, and water pressure was good.
Also, a caveat: no in-room fridge for my room class (comfort twin), but there is a shared mini fridge for guests in the common area where you need to put a name sticker on whatever you put in there. Space is very limited, so you'll be limited to a few small items you can squeeze in. No freezer.
Room service seems request-based, but I never needed one because the room came with enough (3) bath towels for my entire stay. The room was generally clean, although not spotless.
Hotel's common area has snacks for purchase and a self-pour bar. The bar taps ran about $.65 to $1.25 per oz. and could be a nice way to sample some local drinks. Free coffee in the morning beginning 8 AM-ish.
There is a first-come, first-served parking area in the rear of the property. There are quite a few spots, but they seemed to fill up fast on Friday, so better not to assume availability if traveling during peak demand."
"Great stay - all staff that we interacted with could not have been more pleasant and friendly - and they were especially sweet and kind to our dog who was traveling with us. They made him feel like a VIP guest. Really enjoyed the breakfast offered as part of the stay - kind of incredibly how much food they put out. Just a great experience! Recommend!"
"The rooms were very clean and updated. The breakfast was Continental but sufficient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location just outside of downtown Ithaca minutes to Cornell and Ithaca College."
"I had an excellent stay at Quality Inn! My experience at this property was wonderful, and I’m very happy I chose to stay here. Thank you to the team for making my visit such a positive one. I would gladly stay again and recommend this hotel to others!"
