Had one of the worst Bloody Marys and a poorly prepared avocado toast and egg at breakfast. Just thought you guys could do better. Missed having coffee maker in room. "Great property and a nice location! Loved the welcome treats in the lobby. Property owners just text you…and are available if you need anything. My only recommendation is that if you are unable to walk up stairs with your luggage you need to communicate that fact in advance. My daughter and I dragged our luggage upstairs. "The hosts were great. We arrived in the city early and they allowed us to keep our luggage there during the day until check-in. The host had brought our bags up to the room. When we checked in, we were given a very welcoming tour of the house and orientation. The house is very centrally located close to shopping, Union Station, restaurants, and the streetcar. "The hotel is modern, but not kept up very well. There were a lot of questionable sticky spots on the wall and crumbs? on our dressers - not a big deal as we brought Clorox wipes. However, the mini fridge smelled horrible. I reported that to the front desk as the smell filled the room when we opened it. They didn’t come deep clean it like they said they would 😂 we tried to keep water and soda in there, and it just smelled like rotten food. Staff and valet were friendly enough."

"I stayed 3 nights, not one single day did housekeeping come by. I had to request for them to come get the trash and they never came, on top of that I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. My overall stay wasn’t so pleasant. But the beds are comfortable. So if you don’t mind a dirty room, mid breakfast, then I guess you will be fine."
