"This is a beautifully retired Governor's Palace with precise blue and white decor. Even the small rooms are charming. The grounds are beautiful, and staff inviting. I loved everything about my stay. Breakfast is adequate. There are plenty of rooms to lounge in and do some work from home, and the staff is very attentive. "El hotel es muy bonito. Es boutique por lo que prácticamente es todo para ti. La pasamos muy bien en el hotel. Adicionalmente TODO el personal que trabaja ahí es extraordinariamente atento. Tuvimos una complicación en nuestros planes de viaje y no solo nos ayudaron, sino que nos solucionaron todo el problema. Realmente sorprendente. Sino duda el mejor lugar e Lisboa. Lástima que solo tienen 15 habitaciones. "

"This is a palace suited for a prince/princess. Has olden style victorian decor and furnishings. Great staff. They constantly spray scents around the propety so it will smell exquisite. Everything is great except the rooms have no sound isolation so you will hear what other people are doing next door especiallh when they do xxx but thats ok as long as they are not noisy all the time."

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
