"Atendimento excelente. Boas condições. Facilidade de encontrar o hotel. Boa localização. Recomendo"

"I like everything"

"Gezellige locatie. Jammer dat er heel weinig stopcontacten in de kamer en ver van het bed. Functioneel allemaal, maar klein beetje verouderd. Wel goed ontbijtbuffet!"

"A very quiet, clean, and very comfortable room."

"Traveled with my five year-old son. We stayed a total of two nights. The first thing we did after a 14 hour flight was take a shower, and it was backed up. We had to wait 20 minutes for the water to go down so that my son could shower. I told the lady his charge who lived upstairs. And she gave me extra towels to put down on the floor in case it overflowed. I really think they do this on purpose because they don’t want you to stay in the shower for more than three minutes. Again, I stayed there...

"The staff were amazing from start to finish. The room needed a bit of attention; bathroom floor needed cleaning, phone didn't work, Chromecast didn't work. Otherwise, fantastic"

"The hotel is clean and the location is good. Very good breakfast. Liked my stay."

"The breakfast is good but cleanliness of the room is poor. Found strains of hair on the floor and sound proofing was bad. Considered overpriced with such room condition. "

"Great central location you can ride your bike across the border to France if you want"

"Clean convenient location"

Francisca truly stood out with her infectious bubbliness, radiant smile, and constant readiness to assist with anything needed. The dining experience matched the high standard of the service. The restaurant food was remarkable—packed with great flavors—and the waitstaff provided attentive, seamless service throughout every...

"As good the room"

"Upon arrival, we were initially disappointed with the location, lack of kitchen supplies and little things like no coffee and end tables, tiny bedroom closet so no place to put both our clothes, suitcases, etc…. But we soon figured out the metro, appreciated the grocery store next door, and really enjoyed the heated rooftop pool that was still open. All in all, everything worked out fine and think it was good value."

"The Holiday Inn never disappoints…the staff was lovely and accommodating. My dissatisfaction was this: 1. The location was not convenient to Lisbon Airport as stated by Expedia. Traffic makes a 20 minutes ride close to an hour. 2. LOVESEAT in my room was ripped…not acceptable in my opinion. 3. The Hotel offers a lovely bottle of wine but no glasses or a corkscrew in the room. You must go to the front desk. Sorry but that was inconvenient after a long day of travelling. 4. No restaurant...
