"Genuinely helpful staff, awesome food "

"The only reason I give this hotel a good rating over excellent is because I just stayed at the Four Seasons Bengaluru and the staff go out of their way to please you and make your stay phenomenal. When we checked into the Ritz we were on our way to the elevator when we realized we only had one key card. We asked the lady who checked us in and she told us to come back tomorrow. This should have been done immediately. The staff at the breakfast resto were great and helpful. Location is fantastic but I would likely go back to the Four Seasons before the Ritz. The service at the Four Seasons is top notch from start to finish. "

"Overall experience is okay but not at par as name Welcome by ITC... Hairdryer is not working...We are 4 guests including my 2 kids already mentioned but I had to ask for extra blanket at 11 pm. So it's 3 star out of 5 from my side."

"Close to metro shops and restaurant. Cleam room and frendly staff. I accidently booked twice as my 1st attempt came with error message I went on and booked again and soon found that I have 2 bookings. Hotel.com or the hotel had real perso to talk to. I had to take this as a loss."
