"My stay at the Mövenpick was very pleasant, and the location turned out to be perfect. At first, I wasn’t impressed when arriving through the back entrance—it was tight, and I could barely squeeze in to reach the front desk. I even considered leaving. But Fatima at reception, with her kindness and warm smile, convinced me to stay at least one night. I ended up staying five. She is truly wonderful and so helpful. A special thanks as well to Nigar, who assisted me with directions to the Old City and recommended excellent restaurants. She checked on me daily through WhatsApp, always offering help whenever needed. And Ayten deserves recognition for arranging my Gobustan and mud volcano tours. She assured me I could contact her with any issue, and she meant it. When the tour driver attempted to charge more than the agreed price, I messaged her directly; she immediately resolved it through the company’s management. Their professionalism goes far beyond expectations, and I truly appreciate all they did."
