"This is a old building and might not seem very clean. But the location is very good and close to commercial center, old city and Caspian sea. The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. I had requested for shuttle for transfer from airport to hotel since my flight supposed to land at 2 am. The shuttle never showed up and I had to get a taxi after waiting for almost 20-25 minutes. Just as an FYI that they might forget about shuttle. "
