"Leider war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr enttäuschend. Wir sind mit unserem sechs Monate alten Baby angereist und hatten im Voraus ein Babybett bestellt. Bei unserer Ankunft war dieses jedoch nicht vorbereitet bzw. gar nicht bereitgestellt, was nach einer langen Anreise mit einem Säugling besonders ärgerlich war. Wir haben es erst nach der ersten Nacht bekommen. Das Zimmer befand sich zudem in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Es roch stark muffig und wirkte insgesamt heruntergekommen....

"One night Saturday before a flight the following day. Cheaper Ubers into the centre and easy location to find by car."

"The location was good and the property manager communicated well, and that was all of the "good" I could find. Moldy smell, wifi didn't work. Curtains falling off, and the worst was no sheets, just a mattress cover and there was a hair on the pillow. Needless to say I left. I did not stay. If you have any mobility issues at all, not good. The stairs to the loft bed steep. There is a sign stating to back down. Would not recommend"

"This is a small flat on the top floor of a terrace house. Yes you can see the river just past the plumbers merchant yard and the industrial estate on the opposite bank. Access is via a very noisy shared stair case. First impressions on entering is a place which needs some upgrading and lacks furnishing - COSY it is not. The place was clean although old paint work and an excess of silicon on the shower tray gave the place a generally shabby feel. Then we opened the oven to find the grill pan had...

"Wonderful newer hotel close to the cool MacCurtain Street area. Walking distance to pretty much everything. The room cleaning was hit or miss - not bad just not what we expected. Staff was excellent!"

"There were two EV charging stations at the basement garage but they were very slow chargers."

"The room was hot and very uncomfortable. There was an AC unit installed but not operational yet. They did put a small fan in the room and gave us an additional one but the room would not cool down even with the window open. There were many others in the hotel complaining about the heat but there was really nothing the staff could do to help out as there was no real circulation of air in our room since the open window faced out into a confined court yard. We booked 3 nights but ended up moving...

"Great place for young couples on city break or mingling professionals. Wouldn’t recommend to older couples or to families. Lounge is a good vibe though table service could be more attentive. Beds are a bit soft for my liking personally. Showers are amazing!"

"Mixed experience. Staff were great and overall property was fine. Location good. However water and coffee/milk/sugar in our room on arrival wasn’t replenished during our 3 night stay. Rooms are on the small side. The biggest issue we had is that we couldn’t get back into the room on our last night as somehow the security latch managed to activate itself, which should be impossible. Staff were great dealing with the issue but had to use hammer and chisel to obtain access, took about 30 mins....

One of the highlights of our trip to Ireland was staying here. Great views of the city and the river. walking distance to anything. Breakfast was amazing as was the outside bar."
