Esperava apenas um recepção mais calorosa por parte dos funcionários, quem sabe um drink de boas vindas um mimo no quarto, pelo nível do hotel, esperava mais neste quesito, mas no restante excelente. "A really good hotel in a great location. Everything was very clean, the check-in process was quick and easy, and the rooms were cosy and comfortable. We stayed on the 5th floor and couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms or outside, which made for a very peaceful stay. Overall, a super hotel and we would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely place to stay, extremely helpful staff. We had to have breakfast to go twice due to trips and the hotel provided a mini picnic! We were very impressed. Hotel is in the main part of the old twon walking distance to everywhere. Taxi’s are not allowed on the street, but pick up and drop off points are close. The lift was broken for our whole stay, which did not bother us, but it may others with accessibility issues. I would recommend getting an uber to the airport, costs about £12 to £14. "

"Clean good size room. Bed came down from the ceiling. Great location walkable to the main sites. Having a drinking water facility in the lobby with water jugs to take to your room was very helpful "

"We had such a lovely room, very modern and sleek looking. The location was ideal, 10-15 walk to the castle one way and a 10-15 minute walk to the old town another way. Close public transport too. The staff were lovely and helpful before our stay and during. They let you leave your luggage on your last day which was super helpful as our flight was late afternoon. The only downside was the AC fan was really loud when it was on, the sounds would wake us up in the night but you can just turn it...

"A very clean hotel with easy check in and friendly staff. The rooms are a decent size and well equipped. Breakfast tends to be a little repetitive if staying for 3 days and over however the food quality was good. "
