"The door to the hotel is so unassuming that i thought i had come to the wrong place when arriving there. Hotel is new and very clean. Our room was a bit unusual as it only had a very little window on the wall, but it did have two skyline windows so we did have a lot of light in the room. "Great location, spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff. An amazing breakfast every morning! We were at the front of the hotel on main road to the square so it could get noisy at night with window open, however the aircon is good so quiet with the window closed. Would definitely recommend this hotel, great value for money too. "

"Absolutely fantastic apartment in this Aparthotel with amazing breakfast. Location was lovely and quiet and so close to the old town of Krakow. A couple of shops very close to get any beers or snacks. Super friendly and helpful staff, always got a taxi in a couple of minutes."

"What a wonderful stay we had at portal apartments. Very good location. Accessible. I would like to say that the showers were great but maybe having a wet room would be an upgrade. My mum fell getting into the shower. There is no spa on site as like it states on Expedia but they have people come in for massages reasonable priced too! Lovely little balcony.
