"Expedia site said that the hotel had free parking. It did not! We had to park in a parking garage up the street for $50 a day, costing us $150. The lobby had self check in machines with not much help, We arrived at 1:00 pm. and was told that our room was ready, but if we wanted to go to our room ..."
