"My stay at this hotel was absolutely horrible. The staff was completely unhelpful whenever issues were brought to their attention, and the condition of the room was unacceptable. The room was extremely dirty upon arrival, there was even moldy food left inside the microwave. The bed sheets were stained and clearly not properly cleaned, which made the room feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. "For the price it was adequate. The room was clean, but shop worn. The amenities were a TV, a microwave, a hair dryer, and a small refrigerator. We only used the refrigerator, and it worked fine. The king size bed was not as firm as we like, but we both slept fine. The receptionist I would not characterize as a people person and English was a bit of a challenge for her. "We stayed from Friday to Wednesday and our room was never cleaned. The front desk was helpful in providing clean towels and plastic bags for trash and explained they were low on staff. The team at Burger Theory: Cece and staff were great!"
